- people there since before 2000 get a 225sq ft. house for free (but pay bills)
- there will be clean water, sanitation, schools, health clinics and new job opportunities

slum dwellers living in Dharavi since after 2000 - they won’t get a free house, and will be left homeless
small businesses operating out of Dharavi - they will have nowhere to sell or make their products
