- Columnar cell dysplasia
* Signet ring cell = very abnormal

- H. pylori
- Bile reflux
- Hypochlorhydria - ↓ HCl
- Age – over 55
- Males
- Smoking

• Dyspepsia – pain in gut • Weight loss • Vomiting • Dysphagia • Anaemia Palpable epigastric mass Palpable Vichow's node
