- Worry/apprehension/fear/persistent nervousness/fear they can’t cope/fear they are dying – repetitive
- Poor concentration
- Irritability
- Restless/hypervigilance
- Unrealistic ideas of danger
- Muscle tension/trembling/weakness
- Headaches/Pains
- Palpitations
- Breathing difficulties
- Dry mouth
- Loose stools/nausea/vomiting
- Urinating more frequently
