Pathological types

A
Intestinal = associated with H. pylori associated gastritis, atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, causing adenoma to form 
Diffuse = also associated with H. pylori but without atrophy or intestinal metaplasia, leads to poorly differentiated cancer with a poor prognosis
