How often should the app update its data, and how will you know this is working?

A

Every five seconds.
There is a box in the top left of the app display which tells you how long ago the data was refreshed. It also has a green border when there is a good connection.

What must happen when the person using the app changes?

A

The old user must log out and the new user must log in, for audit purposes.

What is the only column in the app that can be changed by a user?

A

The ‘Status’ column. All other columns are fed directly from the mobilising system.

A

Either the TOC box or the Status box. This will make the ‘New Call’ icon disappear.

Do you still need to communicate with Control if an FSG is resolved on the app?

A

Yes, you should still confirm the outcome with Control.
Control Information Forms and the FIB should also still be filled out in case of total signal loss.

A

Channel three.
