Shoulder Mobility-extension and flexion
good mobility 170-180 degrees external and internal rotation of humerus
Apley’s scratch test (should mobility)
touch certain spot, shows good should mobility
Core/balance-Sharpened Romberg Test
assess static balance-closing eyes when standing in lower base for support
Core/balance-Stork stand test
balance by standing on one foot other in stork position
Core/balance-Mcgill’s torso muscular endurance test
trunk flexors- not good for people with lower back pain, recent surgery
Core/balance- Trunk Collateral endurance test
not good for-shoulder pain or weak shoulders, lower back pain
Core/balance-Trunk extensors endurance test
not good for- high bodymass
