- Polystotic fibrous dysplasia

Involvement of single bone and asymptomatic
there is Involvement of Multiple bones, is symptomatic, you see deformities and fractures of craniofacial bones, can see Shepherd Crook deformity of proximal femur.
what is McCune-Albright syndrome?

Polystotic disease with precocious sexual development with café-au-lait spots
Secondary sarcoma may develop after irradiation (rarely).
