What’s FMS/ MPS complex?

A

Fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome combined. So may have trigger points underneath tender points. May do Ice massage over area.

A

Systemic Extremes of temperature not tolerated well
Techniques modified for pain-light tapotement
Respond better to Broad tx
Trp do better with repetitive stoping and hear than with ischemic compressions
