Breathing difficulty
What issue might occur if the vocal folds are paralyzed and not touching each other (lateral and not close to midline)?
Voicing will be hard
What issue might occur if the vocal folds are paramedian paralyzed (vocal folds vibrate at different rates)?
Diplophonia
Two distinct pitches are present; vocal folds do not vibrate in synchrony
Diplophonia
