Located in lower neck and upper chest, transports air to the lungs
Bifurcation
Splitting into 2 branches
What is carina and where is it located?
Point of trachea that splits into 2 and goes to each lung, located at T5
What are bronchi and what do they turn into?

Produces pleura fluid allowing for easy movement of lungs and inflation during breathing
What are the differences between the left and right lungs?
Left - 2 lobes, longer
Right - 3 lobes, shorter, broader than left
