- Provide guidance, and conduct regular follow ups

File copies of reports.

Ops coordinator ensures the quarterlys are finalized by the 15th.

Evaluations for military member who are absent for majority of rating period, how do you rate them?
Average of the last 3 evaluations. But it can’t be less than 3.0 or less than their last evaluation.
In overall comments, note length of time away on military.

In 205-58, appeal of evaluations, what are the only causes for appeal?
- factual error
- raters misinterpretation of instructions
- rater bias/prejudice
- evaluation based on other than performance factors
If ratee, wants to appeal who does rater notify?
CO
If appeal not resolved by CO, what does rater do?
Do a 49 to personnel officer within 30 days of hearing.
