A
- hypotension
- priapism
- headache, dyspepsia, flushing, nasal congestion, diarrhea, rash, dizziness, mild transient visual disturbances, intesificaiton of sleep apnea
- rare side effects include nonatreritic ischemic optic neuropathy and sudden hearing loss

A
- absorption slowed by high fat meals
- interacts with nitrates, alpha blockers, and P450 inhibitors negatively

Do not take Viagra if
A
- have had MI, stroke, or life threatening dysrhythmia within last 6 months
- have resting hypotension
- have resting hypertension
- have heart failure
- have unstable angina
- are taking a nitrate

A
- PDE5 Inhibitor II
- relaxes arterial and trabecular smooth muscle in the penis

- headache and flushinf
- rhinitis and dyspepsia
- can prolong QT interval
- Can lower blood pressure
- can be associated with sudden hearing loss and vision loss
- interacts negatively with nitrates, alpha blockers, and P450 inhibitors

- relaxes penile and arterial trabecular smooth muscle
- lasts up to 36 hours

- headaches, dyspepsia, back pain, myalgia, limb pain, flushing, and nasal congestion
- can also be associated with sudden hearing loss and vision loss
- interacts negatively with nitrates and alpha blockers (except tamsulosin)
