photodynamic agent in skin reactive with UV light to release free radicals, leads to tissue damage

edema, erythema, vesicles to ulceration, exucation from tis necrosis
Photoactivated vasculitis
white haired extremities
-erythema, edema, exudation, erosions, ulcers
microscopically
-vasculitis and ischemic injury
