    - Petechia, ecchymoses
    - Interstitial pneumonia
    - Abortion storms
  3. Microscopically: fibrinoid necrosis, panvasculitis, pulmonary edema and interstitial pneumonia, renal tubular necrosis, edema and hemorrhage in lymphoid organs and intestines
