patterns of joint disease in enteric arthritis

A

axial spondyloarthritis - lower back pain worse in the morning better with exercise
Acute peripehral arthritis of IBD - asymmetric oligoarticular arthritis predominantly in lower limbs,.
Chronic peripheral arthritis of IBD - dependent on IBD activity, symmetrical and affects the metacarpophalangeal joints, knees and ankles.
Enthesopathy of IBD - severe localised pain in specific areas of tendon insertion

CRP and ESR, RF and ANA negative, p-ANCE seen in 55-70% and HLAB27 positive
XRAY, MRI
