severe, symptomatic hypoperfusion of a limb occurring less than two weeks

thrombus - rupture of atherosclerosis, embolism - AF, vasospasm - raynauds, trauma, compartment syndrome

Pale, pulseless, painful, paralysis, paraesthesia, perishingly cold

FBC, U&E, blood group and save, clotting profile, ECG
