A
pale retina with cherry red spot at macula

A
carotid bruits, HTN, AF, T2DM, smoking or hyperlipidaemia.

A
fundoscopy, history and examination, (Optical coherence tomography and Fluorescein angiography)

Management
A
reversibility of damage to retina decreases over time. ocular massage, vasodilation with isosorbide dinitrate, anterior chamber paracentesis
