A
chronic pelvic pain
secondary dysmenorrhoea (pain before bleeding)
deep dyspareunia
subfertility
non gynae symptoms: urinary, painful bowel movements

investigations for endometriosis
A
laparoscopy

management of endometriosis
A
NSAIDs/paracetamol- first line for symptoms relief
COCP (medroxyprogesterone acetate) if analgesia doesn’t work
refer to secondary care if that doesn’t work or patient is trying for baby
- GnRH analogues
- surgery
- women trying to conceive: laparoscopic excision or ablation
