A
from hypothalamus stimulates prolactin secretion from anterior pituitary

how does prolactin inhibitory hormone effect prolactin?
A
dopamine suppresses prolactin

A
they block dopamine so we have increased prolactin levels

high osmolarity increases the release of ADH to increase water reabsorption

decreased BP increases ADH release to increase water reabsorption
