What do you seen on physical examination and radiology
wheezing and decreased breath sounds
unilateral infiltrate and cavity with ipsilateral spread to upper lobe HRct- endo bronchial involvement tree in bud Central nodules
Cavity, ectasis , fistula
Atelectasis- mc in rml and rul
What do you see on bronchoscopy
Hyperemia
wall thickening narrowing
perforation of node
Lower lung field tb
Where
Below hila.
Consolidation is dense
Seen in hiv/dm/cs/silicosis
