BAT 1(2) pb FAULT means what?
Battery Charging is outside limits.
Battery charge limiter opens the battery line contactor.
BAT 1(2):

The battery line contactor.
BAT 1(2) pb “OFF” means?
-Battery charger limiter not operating
-DC battery bus is powered
-Line contactor open
Hot buses are directly connected to the DC batteries.
(Always powered)
What is an IDG fault (red wire guarded pb)?
HOT LOP
High oil temperature
Low oil pressure
Extinguishes when the IDG is disconnected and the IDG oil temp has decreased.
Don’t hold > 3 sec
GEN 1(2) pb FAULT?
Generator control unit (GCU) trips or
Line contactor opens.
Normally illuminated before engine start.
APU GEN pb FAULT?
Associated generator control unit (GCU) trips or line contactor opens
Except if GEN pushbutton is selected OFF.
The BUS TIE pb is either “off” or dark.
What does “off” mean?
Disabling the Automatic control of bus tie contactors (BTC).
Both BTCs are open.
What is the bus tie contractor order of priority?
On-side
Outside
Inside
Cross-side
What is ALTN on the AC ESS FEED pb?
AC ESS BUS is being supplied by AC BUS 2.
The AC ESS BUS is normally supplied from AC BUS 1.
Fault on the AC ESS FEED pb?
AC ESS BUS not powered
What is powered by GALY CAB pb?
Main and secondary galleys.
In flight, w/one generator, will automatically shed main galley.

CAB pb fault?
Load on any generator >100%
What is controlled by the COMMERCIAL pb?
All aircraft commercial electrical loads.
Cargo and cabin lights, galley equipment/lights, water and toilet system, drain mast ice protection.
