Approx 20% less reduced pack flow.
NOTE: single pack or APU bleed only, the system delivers high flow (40% more than ECON flow).
The ACTs transfer fuel to the center tank. This begins automatically after takeoff slat retraction, as long as the center tank hasn’t been full for _______ and the ACT is not empty.
