A

Battery Chickens are kept in cages and are managed when they eat and Free range eggs are when the chickens are not monitored and are left to roam around

how do you test if an egg is fresh or old?

A

the egg has an air sac which is small when first laid and when you put it in water is sinks down but as time goes on the air sac absorbs more air making the air sac bigger making it float in water showing it is an older egg
