Be careful with the goods

Honour your commitments
Pay on time, honour agreements and contracts
Prompt payments
Pay bills on time to avoid being backlisted and stick to a budget
Be honest
Not claiming new product if instructions for use and care were not followed. Not taking items not payed for
Complain to the right place/person
Submitting complaints to the correct person and make sure this will help other consumers and the business
Be polite, courteous and respectful
Act courteous, respectful towards sale staff, this behaviour commands respect

Recognise marketing strategies and advertisements for what they are
