  • constipation relieved by normal eating/stool softener, discontinue laxative if diarrhoea
  • feeds: 1500 - 2000 calories per day over 6 equal feels
  • Liquid formula supplements
  • psychotherapy: CBT, dynamic expressive supportive therapy, family therapy
  • pharmacotherapy doesn’t really help. Treat associated symptoms
