1. Stereotyped or repetitive motor movements
2. Insistence on sameness, inflexible adherence to routines
3. Highly restricted, fixated interests that are abnormal in intensity or focus (may change interest)
4 hyper/hypo reactivity to sensory input or unusual interest in sensory aspects of environment eg visual fascinations with light or movement, excessive smelling, touching..

  • Level 1: require support. Difficulty initiating social interactions without support. Behaviour inflexible, Difficulty switching between organisation + planning, problems with organisation + planning
  • level 2: require substantial support. Social nonverbal + verbal impairment even with support. Difficulty coping with change
  • level 3: very substantial support. Severe social deficit. Extreme difficulty coping with change
