(EIIP) What is the Early Identification Intervention Program?
A non-disciplinary tool which identifies incidents and/or patterns which could or may result in diminished work performance.
(EIIP) What are considered ‘Primary Indicators’?
- Domestic violence
- Moral turpitude
- Indebtedness and/or garnishment
- Alcohol/drugs
- Criminal issues in nature
- Primary Indicators have a threshold of one incident with MANDATORY INTERVENTION*
(EIIP) How often will the supervisor review their employee’s EIIP dashboard? And what time frame to address red flags?
- Review EIIP dashboard Monthly
- Address Red Flags within 2 weeks
(EIIP) Will EIIP be mentioned on contact report?

(EIIP) Upon receiving an EIIP notification, how long until a supervisor meets with his employee ‘face-to-face’, to discuss pattern/concerns?

(EIIP) Participation by the employee is generally NOT VOLUNTARY or VOLUNTARY when a ‘Professional Intervention’ is implemented.
VOLUNTARY
If the employee refuses to participate when participation is not mandatory, a notation will be made in the Blue Team. Routed by the first line supervisor and no disciplinary action will be taken based on a refusal
(EIIP) A ‘Employee Performance Profile’ is a snapshot of an employee’s with history over a __________ period. This snapshot will provide the employee’s chain of command a thorough assessment of the employee’s work performance.
