Teamworking - Multiple specialist business working under LOR (CHT, CHTM, Enterprise, Explore, Select, Vetter) need to work together on each project.

You mention your company’s 2025 strategy, what is this and how does it link to diversity, inclusion and teamworking?
To be the recognised leader for innovation and excellence, one of the critical enablers to allow us to deliver are people. In order to get the best out of our people we need to ensure they feel included and empowered to deliver.

What is the difference between diversity and inclusion?
Diversity - The characteristics of a person that makes them different to others
Inclusion - The act of making people feel welcome
What is neuro diversity mean?
The idea that differences in the way the brain develops does not need to be fixed of cured, but instead should be accepted and acknowledged in order to cater a different way of working for those who fit in the category.
