Normal Distributions
A
Forms a bell shape that is symmetrical. Most people located in middle area of curve with few people at extreme ends. Mode, median, and mean all occupy same mid-point. Tails never touch x axis.

Positive Skew
A
Most distribution is concentrated towards left of graph, resulting in long tail on right. Mode remains highest peak, then median, then mean dragged to the right.

Negative Skew
A
Most distribution concentrated on right of graph, so long tail on left. Mode highest point, then median, then mean dragged to the left.
