What is dehydration?
Excessive loss of body water interrupting the functioning of the body
What are the effects of dehydration?
Blood thickens increases viscosity and slows blood down
Heart rate increases and has to work harder
Body temperature increases and body might overheat
Reaction times get worse and slower to respond to stimuli
