What are the disadvantages of high altitude training?

A
  • takes 11 days for every 1000m to adapt to altitude
  • cannot train as hard as it could make you sick, dizzy, easily tired
  • if you don’t keep trading reversibility could start
  • no benefit to anaerobic athletes
