A

Rise in heart rate/more adrenaline

What ways can you manage stress ?

A

Deep breathing
Concentrate on breathing

Positive self talk
Telling yourself you can do it

Mental rehearsal/visualisation
Imagery = take yourself to your happy place eg holiday
Mental rehearsal = run through technique
Visualisation = mental picture of performing skill before
