Mycobacterium tuberculosis what staining technique
A
Acid-fast (Ziehl-Neelsen) stain is a differential stain used to identify acid-fast organisms. (Methylene blue is then applied to counterstain any cells which have been decolorized. Acid-fast bacilli will be bright red after staining, whereas non-acid fast cells will be blue.)
