A yellow pin protrudes near the opening handle when the window is not properly locked in the closed position.
A WINDOW NOT CLOSED inscription on the front window frame is also visible when the window is not properly closed and locked.

Main Door and Service Door. Generates an EICAS warning message if either Main Door or Service Door is open or not properly locked on the ground with engine #1 running or in flight.

When does the Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) begin recording?
Begins recording when the aircraft is powered.
Describe the amplified procedure for the CVR check during the First Flight Flow?
Press the TEST button and check that the LED light is illuminated green. If there is no LED indication, plug a headset into the CVR panel, press the TEST button and listen for a tone. If there is no LED indication and no tone, the test has failed. Contact maintenance.
When does the Digital Flight Data Recorder (DFDR) begin recording?
Begins recording when the Beacon Light is turned ON or when airborne.

Yes, the EFB version may be used until the aircraft reaches a station were a replacement may be obtained.

DFDR is OFF or inoperative.
What can you do if the lavatory becomes jammed?
Life the LAVATORY placard and slide the latch to the left until the display changes from OCCUPIED to VACANT.
