What is it?
A
Seen in people with coeliac disease
IgA deposits in the dermis
Leads to an itchy, papular rash with vesicles affecting the extensor surfaces
Esp on elbows, buttocks, knees and shoulders

What are the investigations and management?
A
Anti-TTG/EMA antibodies
Biopsy of lesions to confirm IgA deposits
Manage with gluten free diet and dapsone where needed
