What is it?
A
Excessive sweating which can be primary or secondary

How is Primary Focal Hyperhidrosis diagnosed?
A
Focal visible sweating for at least 6 months plus 2 of the following
-Bilateral symmetrical distribution
- impairment of daily activities due to symptoms
- at least one episode per week
- age of onset <25
- FH
- Cessation of focal sweating during sleep

What is the management?
A
1) Aluminium chloride
2) Ongoing symptoms- refer to dermatology for specialist treatment
