“stuck on”. Benign. Not sun-related

tiny SKs in ppl of darker skin. Do NOT freeze (hypopigmentation due to melanocyte death)
Acrochordons
skin tags. Related to insulin resistance (along w/ acanthosis nigricans)
Acanthosis nigricans
velvety dark folds (esp on back of neck). think insulin resistance
