Clean them with soap, water, soft toothbrush morning and night

• all surfaces
• rinse with cold water

Clean all teeth morning and night

Don’t wear them overnight
Keep them in a labelled denture pot instead of tissues

Soak in chlorhexidine mouthwash if candida
Keep dentures out if healing from candida

Brushing
-fluorine toothpaste TDS

Dentures

• clean at least once a day
• store in water overnight

Topical pain relief
-benzydamine hydrochloride spray, mouthwash

Regular removal of oral/dried secretions
-suction or toothbrush
