DELPHI METHOD - submitting question to experts which is then submitted to other experts

DISNEY METHOD - need a dreamer, a critic and the realist in role play

Method to understand possible causes of a problem. it is like a fish bone - we have the problem as the head and potential causes branching off.
Value is that it gives us visual representation, identify root cause rather than just address symptoms.
