  • if airway patent, administer high flow O2
  • Midaz 10mg IM
    (5mg if frail)

Repeat once @ 5 mins if required

  • > medium child (5-11) 2.5-5mg IM
  • > small child (1-4) = midaz 2.5mg IM
  • > Small & Large infant (<12 mths) = Midaz 1 mg IM
  • > newborn = Midaz 0.5mg IM

Repeat once after 10 mins without resolutions
