maybe: red cheek bones emaciation vexing heat of the 5 hearts tidal fever night sweating tongue: red with scanty fluids pulse: fine and rapid
Lung yin deficiency pattern
in pregnancy: pregnancy cough, child cough
enduring cough with profuse white phlegm either thick or thin, easily expectorated
wheezing cough
glomus oppression of the chest and stomach duct
tongue: pale enlarged and tender with thick greasy tongue fur
sometimes: torpid intake abdominal distension sloppy stools pale complexion spirit fatigue spontaneous sweating and lack of strength
damp phlegm obstructing the lung pattern
with signs of sp qi deficiency

severe: heart palpitations, dusky purple complexion and lips, pain and oppression of the heart and chest
pulse: bound or regularly interrupted
