A

You must pivot to face them, the foot you pivot on stays on the floor and the other one is lifted and put down In the appropriate position. Feet always remain the same distance apart. As you pivot your feeding arm should travel up the side and be straight

How do you roll a ball down court?

A

Step forward on opposite foot to rolling hand, ball gripped in fingers not in palm, only ever having one ball in hand. Take rolling arm backwards to you coming forward in a fast pendulum action

How do you release a ball ?

A

Release ball with relatively straight arm close to ground, released in line with leading foot. Use non rolling hand to hold other balls transferring them to the rolling hand one at a time. When rolling more than one ball should arrive in order released. Arm should always follow through

A

The release point is likely to be to early eg before the foot

Look at where your rolling hand is following through to and where your leading foot is pointing

A

Look at your lung position it needs to be stable, don’t over stride as you will lose balance

A

Position soft hands together in front of feet ready to revive ball
Fingers together in a downwards cupped shape gathering balls with outwards shape
