While change is occurring and after it has been embedded, it is important that a positive corporate culture is developed and maintained to ensure success for the business.
Corporate culture can be defined as real corporate culture or official corporate culture.

if the attributes of the culture are written into job descriptions, ad if selection interviews address these, all new staff will already demonstrate the desired culture.
empower employees
if employees are able to make some decisions on their own, they may take ownership of the business’ decisions, and hence take more pride in the outcomes. This can assist in creating a more positive industrious culture.

actual beliefs and values that are displayed by the people in the business

that which the company wants to achieve and is written down in policies and mission statements.
