Q

pluperfect active indicative

A

Meaning, I had loved = amaveram

The pluperfect tense is sometimes called the past perfect because it refers to an action completed in the past .
The pluperfect is formed by adding -era- + the regular endings ( -m , -s , -t , -mus , -tis , -nt ) to the perfect stem .
Many students remember these forms as a combination of the perfect stem + the imperfect of sum

eram, eras, erat

future perfect active indicative

A

ero, eris, erit

Perfect stem + ero….
Meaning - I shall have ….

The future perfect tense ( which is rarely used in English ) refers to an action completed in the future . It is formed by adding -eri- ( -er- in the first sg . ) + the present endings ( -0 , -s , -t , -mus , -tis , -nt ) to the perfect stem . Except in the third plural form , these endings are identical to the future of sum
