How may compressor stalls be initially identified?
A
Abnormal engine noise, increasing ITT, and decreasing N1 and torque.

What is a major noticeable difference between a compressor stall and an uncommanded power change..?
A
Audible indications such as loud bangs, backfires, or engine sputtering

What may result with a severe compressor stall?
A
Engine damage and/or engine flameout

What does turning the DEFOG switch to ON do during a compressor stall?
A
It selects high bleed air inflow and will alleviate back pressure on the engine compressor
