the maximum force a muscle or muscle group can apply but in the shortest period of time

the ability to move all or part of the body quickly

the ability to rapidly change the position of the entire body in space with speed and accuracy

the ability to maintain the centre of mass over the base of support

the ability to use body systems simultaneously
