Drug is anti clot but Vit K counteracts it (causes clotting)
Keep vitamin K in diet constant

Increases folate excretion
Increases RBP synthesis (high circulating vitamin A)

K wasting so increases K excretion
May need to increase in diet if blood K too low

Re absorbs K in kidney and puts back in blood.
May need to limit K in diet
