  • Panadol OSTEO has sustained release and is suggested
  • Topical NSAID 4 times daily can also be used if necessary

A
In first 48-72 hours
- Rest
- Ice 10-20min every 1-2hrs
- Compression
- Elavate above heart level
- Refer if pain persists
Paracetamol is first line with option of oral NSAID aswell
