Executive Officer (XO)
In charge of the commands organization, performance of duty and good order and discipline.
Command Officer (CO)
Responsible for the commands people and their actions according to the Navy Regs, general orders, customs and traditions.
Command Master Chief (CMC)
In charge of making and implementing policies regarding morale, welfare, job satisfaction, discipline, utilization and training.
Department Head (DH)
Responsible for effective administration, operation, duties, and personnel assigned to the department.
Command Managed Equal Opportunity Officer (CMEO)
Equal Opportunity Program Specialist (EOPS)
Develop and establish criteria for the EO program.
Division Officer (DO)
Responsible for the conduct, training and professional growth of subordinates.
Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO)
Leading Petty Officer (LPO)
LCPO assists the division officer in administering, supervising, and training division personnel.
LPO assists the LCPO & Divo
Work Center Supervisor (WCS)
Respond to the hour to hour work center functions
Command Career Counselor (CCC)
Conducts career guidance, counseling, interviews of personnel.
Ombudsman
Keeps the CO informed about family moral and problems. Assist families in need.
Financial Specialist (FS)
Provides financial counseling, budget planning, investment opportunities and debt consolidation.
Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA)
Responsible for the commands Navy Alcohol and other Drug Abuse Program (NADAP). Conduct personal screenings, command awareness, education, aftercare, referrals and write reports.
Security Manager
Responsible for all matters involving classified information.
Career Information Program Management (CIPM) Program Manager
Department and division career counselor.
What is a Naval Message?
A message sent navy wide by Commanders to relay ideas, thoughts, and information.

Enlisted Distribution Verification Report (EDVR)
Monthly statement with info about the commands enlisted personnel. Used by the CMC and retailers for billet assignment.
Operational Report (OPREP)
Provides the National Command Authority (NCA) and the appropriate commanders with immediate notification of any accidental or unauthorized incident involving detonation of nuclear weapons.
Highest precedence of all messages
Movement Report (MOVEREP)
Primary source of location information concerning ships for emergency or operational use.
Logistical Requirements (LOGREQ)
Ships submit a LOGREQ before entering a port to notify the proper commands of its logistic requirements. Should be submitted 48 hours prior to arrival.
Status or Requirement and Training Support (SORTS)
The status of a ships condition and readiness to conduct operations.
Situation Report (SITREP)
Used by CO, OICs or commanders to notify higher authorities of incidents such as bomb threats that were a hoax, violent crimes, sexual harassment, suicide, ect.
