When starting engines when shall NAI be turned on if there is icing conditions?
NAI shall be turned on after ALL engines have started.
If there is snow or ice on the wings and you need deice anti ice? what changes in taxi procedure?
Delay flight control check until after deice/ antiice.
When would you taxi with flaps up until approaching runway?
When taxing through ICE, SNOW, SLUSH, Standing water or precitpitation whent temperature below freezing.

all minimum altitudes: dep, enroute, arrival, approach, missed approach, MDA, DA.
When do you NOT need temp correction?
when on: Flight level(STD), ATC radar vectors, when temp is above 0 deg at airport.
How much temp correction do you need for 1000ft height above refrence source at -10deg?
100ft.
How much temp correction do you need for 500ft height above refrence source at -10deg?
50ft
How much temp correction do you need for 4000ft height above refrence source at -10deg?
390ft rounded up to 400ft
How do you calculate height above altitued refrence source?
Published minimum altitude on chart in feet minus airport elevation.
Example:
Minimum altitude 6000ft
airport elevation 1400ft
Hight above reference source 4400ft
temperature correction at -10deg= 440ft
You will select 6000+500=6500 on MCP and advice ATC you are applying temperature corrections.
How will ATC know your applying?
You have to Advise ATC your applying temperature corrections.
